Our walking tour exploring women in ancient Greek society was just what we needed. Maella was great, keeping things interesting with her knowledge and interactive style. It was a good introduction to Athens, covering key sites and showing us a complete different side of ancient Greek.

I took the "Women in Athens" and "City of Rebellion" tours and both offered a unique and fascinating view into the city's history. They remain accessible when you're just discovering Athens, but they also explore topics that are often overlooked by other tours. I am so happy someone recommended this walk to me. It was my first time in Athens and I learned so much in 2,5 hours and felt like I connected with the place and it's people. I love history and stories and the guide gave us both! This walk shaped my whole experience of this weekend, as you cover quite a bit of the city centre as well, ai knew where to take my friends when we met later. My partner and I had such a fun time playing the "Escape Athens: A Journey Through Time" game last week. What an incredibly fun way to explore the city and learn about its history - aspects that were both expected and unexpected! The game was incredibly fun and provided an excellent balance of relaxed walking through the city with feeling the thrill of completing puzzles to challenge ourselves. Having fun while solving each clue was such a unique and memorable way to learn about the history of the city and Greece as a whole. I cannot recommend this enough. Such a great experience to do in Athens! We took the Women in ancient Athens tour and we walked through the important monuments listening to stories connected to real - life and mythology of women living in the city. As a Greek I learnt some new things that I didn't even known! Our guide was well informed, very enthusiastic and the flow of her tour kept us involved the whole time.
